Metapoetics of Self-Love consists of a video with a narrative character. It is a monologue as another
proposal to deal with the accelerating evolution of technology and social media applications. The
architecture of addiction requires our full attention through push notifications and so on. As a result,
we experience two realities, online and offline, but they do not go hand in hand in time or rhythm.
Online life is created, transformed, and deleted at different rates, turning its use into another kind of
unpaid work as it requires a permanent refresh and upload.
